How long does shipping take ?

Our standard delivery time is 12 days. Due to high demand, it may take up to 21 days. Once your order has been successfully processed, we will ship your package.

Where can I find my tracking number?

You can view the tracking number during the checkout process.

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

Please allow us some time to prepare your order for shipment. We usually ship orders within 48 hours, but some orders may take a little longer.

What about returns?

For hygienic and health reasons, the return or exchange of beauty products, especially facial and body care products, cosmetics, and other sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, is excluded if the seal has been removed after delivery.

If the goods are still in transit and the order is cancelled, you will receive a refund. However, if the goods have already arrived and you cancel only afterward, we will no longer accept the cancellation unless you send us clearly visible photographic evidence that the goods are damaged.
